Cultivate the vision
The first step is to simply get in touch with us. Tell us about your needs, and then we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation where we’ll hear more about the event and share our process.
Customize your proposal
See your vision come together in a custom proposal with the floral selections and production costs outlined for your convenience. Complete with inspiration photos to help you visualize the final arrangements.
Book your florals
Whether it’s an a la carte collection or a full-service experience, your florals will be officially reserved with a contract signature and a deposit. When all is received, we’ll start sourcing the materials for your event.
Design & refine
Throughout the process, we’ll look for the small details to personalize your arrangements. And then, we’ll bring it all together, designing and staying in touch with you and your planner as your event approaches.
Final double checks
A few weeks before your event, we’ll evaluate your plan over a brief call, confirming numbers and materials to ensure everything is in order. This is when any final adjustments can be made.
Deliver and install
All full-service florals include delivery and installation, which means our team will travel to your location to install the arrangements as planned. This involves, at times, carefully setting up arches, hanging flowers and assisting with those boutonnieres!
